    The core of the BSS methodology is Inquisitive Analysis™
    All of my questioning is rooted in fully understanding not only what the business does, who it does it for, and how the business works, but also why – what motivates the management to do it at all. BSS consultants have been trained in asking questions to get to the very core of why the business exists. That’s the “Inquisitive” part. I use that information as one of the inputs when guiding the business through a logical assessment of its choices for growth. That’s the “Analysis” part. Inquisitive Analysis™
  • The two main target markets are:
    Solo entrepreneurs (and those just thinking about setting up on their own) who have more ideas than they know what to do with
    Small businesses that are ready to grow, but can't decide amongst the multitude of opportunities they have.
  • As well as anyone in my target groups (for the growth businesses, typically the MD or Sales Director), other service providers whose offering might be useful to my clients, or who might want to offer their clients my services on a reseller, introducer or affiliate basis.
  • According to Wealth Dynamics I'm an Accumulator, but my profile is very balanced around the centre.
